At least 173 Australian children stranded in India without their parents

At least 173 Australian children are currently stuck in India without their parents as the country’s coronavirus crisis deepens. A Senate committee has heard most of these children are currently living with extended family members. Qantas does not allow unaccompanied children on return flights to Australia and Air India is the only airline willing to take children without an adult supervisor.
