Australia sending specialist medical team to PNG to deal with growing COVID crisis

Australia will send a specialist medical team to Papua New Guinea as the country battles a growing COVID-19 outbreak. Sky News understands the prime minister left the Coalition party room meeting early to deal with the crisis on Australia’s doorstep. This comes after Queensland health authorities revealed they detected 250 positive COVID results from 500 tests taken by PNG residents.
