Powerball’s $8 million jackpots

No one took out the division one jackpot in Powerball but three people shared in division two. Check out the lucky numbers here.

Powerball’s $8 million top prize will jackpot after no one selected all the winning numbers.

Those winning numbers were 32, 25, 13, 2, 15, 35, 24 and the powerball was 16.

Three people did however share in division two, taking home almost $89,000 each.

It’s been two weeks since the Powerball jackpot was won.

So far this year, there have been eight Powerball division one winners who have collectively taken home $239 million in prize money.

Six of these winners have come from New South Wales, with the remaining two from Queensland.

Matt Hart, The Lott spokesman, said Powerball had been delivering a steady stream of millionaires so far this year.

“Imagine if you scored a multi-million-dollar Powerball prize just ahead of the end of financial year. It would certainly make for an unforgettable new financial year and the many years beyond that,” he said.

“So far this year, we’ve had eight Powerball division one winners. New South Wales has been home to the lion’s share of division one winners, but that could easily change in the coming draws.”

A Sydney mum revealed a psychic had predicted someone in her family would win a life-changing lottery prize this year and picked up $9 million two weeks ago.

“I am shaking. I am crying,” she screamed. “I saw on Facebook that someone had won almost $10 million. Then I looked a little closer at the post and realised that the ticket was purchased from the same place that I had bought mine!

“And I was like ‘Oh my god. Oh my god!’.

“I’d won $13 on another ticket and used this prize to buy this winning ticket. I can’t believe it. This is going to be amazingly life-changing.”
